Six steps for each hoof radiograph study

The veterinarian remains responsible for image suitability and every reported result.

Create the study

Record the horse, examination date, limb, projection, and relevant case details. Consistent identifiers are required for reliable serial retrieval.

Import and assign images

Upload the DICOM study, confirm laterality and projection, and assign suitable lateromedial or dorsopalmar images. Clinical photographs can be added when useful.

Select the measurement workflow

Choose Hoof Balance for standard foot-balance measurements or Lamellar Lucent Zone analysis for LLZ widths, ratios, and related outputs.

Confirm calibration and landmarks

Verify the calibration factor and inspect every proposed landmark. Move incorrect points before accepting the calculated values.
