Subscriptions are billed by DigiScan LLC.

Subscription

DigiHoof is available as a single monthly subscription:

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. DigiScan LLC is the merchant of record for all DigiHoof subscriptions.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe — DigiHoof does not store credit card numbers.

Recurring Billing

Monthly subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will receive an invoice for each billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

To update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel your subscription, contact our support team at support@digihoof.com.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to DigiHoof through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
