hours for free-tier files
Free-study source media, generated PDFs, and image-bearing shares.
Longitudinal comparison without becoming a PACS
DigiHoof preserves the small, structured clinical record needed for trend comparison while removing large source images and generated files on a clearly displayed schedule.
Free-study source media, generated PDFs, and image-bearing shares.
DICOM radiographs and clinical photos.
Generated reports and image-bearing textable links expire with the report package.
Structured measurements are not deleted on the 24-, 30-, or 90-day file schedule.
*Measurement history remains while the clinic account is active, unless the clinic requests deletion or a different period is required for legal, security, dispute, audit, backup, or contractual reasons.
Clinics must export required records to their PACS or practice-management system before the countdown reaches zero.
An image-bearing share contains a packaged copy of the images, annotations, measurements, and PDF selected when the link is created. A free-tier link expires within the 24-hour report window. A paid-study link remains available only until its displayed expiry, never beyond the 90-day report window. It does not become a permanent archive.
An expired or revoked image-bearing link no longer serves its package. The veterinarian may create a new measurement-only share from retained structured measurements. That new link contains no DICOM, clinical photograph, retained preview, or PDF.
A recipient may still have downloaded or captured a shared item before expiry; link expiry cannot remove copies already saved by someone else.
