Terms of Service

DigiHoof is operated by DigiScan LLC, a company organized under the laws of the United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiHoof, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Continued use of DigiHoof following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

DigiHoof is a cloud-based software platform that provides hoof radiograph reporting, measurement, and sharing tools for veterinary professionals and farriers. The service is offered on a subscription and pay-per-use basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DigiHoof only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

DigiHoof offers subscription plans and pay-per-report options. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed by DigiScan LLC.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@digihoof.com.

8. Data Responsibility

Users retain ownership of uploaded data and generated reports. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations governing veterinary medical records in their jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

The DigiHoof platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DigiScan LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Users retain all rights to their own uploaded content and generated reports.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

DigiHoof is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DigiScan LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

12. Clinical Decisions

DigiHoof is a reporting and communication tool. It is not a diagnostic device and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions regarding hoof care, trimming, and shoeing remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian and qualified farrier involved in the case.

13. Modifications to Terms

DigiScan LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of DigiHoof after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
